pto meeting & parent/student panel on march 14 @ 7 p.m., 2/23/17
Join us for a Parent/Student Panel event on Tuesday, March 14th starting at 7:00 p.m., in the CMS Auditorium.
- The panel consists of CMS senior students & their parents
- They will be sharing information that they have learned throughout the college application process
- While this panel is focused on rising juniors and rising seniors, all families and students are welcome to attend

- The panel will be preceded by a short General PTO meeting

This year, STB raised $19,227! Through the generosity of CMS families donating through Brighter Future, STB, and Amazon Smile, along with the contributions of STB sponsors, we have been able to donate $65,000 to CMS to date this year! Volunteers Needed to Help with 10/27 mock elections, 10/20/16
Volunteers are needed to staff the Mock Election that will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2016. Volunteers will help register students for voting, and reset the iPads between voters. Please sign up here.
Parent-Teacher Conference Snacks, 10/19/16
Conferences will be held the afternoon of the 20th, and we are organizing treats for the teachers to enjoy during the long afternoon. Please visit this link to sign up to help.
Meeting update - Location Change/Parking, 9/24/16
Our meeting on Tuesday, September 27th, will be in the cafeteria and not the senior lunchroom as originally planned. Dr. Ash has suggested that parents plan enough time (and carpool) to find parking since such a large turnout is expected.

Due to the interest in hearing Dr. Ash outline testing changes for admissions for 2017-18, would you please click this link to indicate if you will attend? We want to make sure that the space is properly set up, and, of course, that we have enough doughnuts! Don't worry if you forget about notifying us or if you are not able to attend after submitting a response. We want to make sure that all parents feel welcomed at the meeting.
Coffee with the Principal/PTO MEeting, 9/22/16
Our first PTO meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 27th, at 8:15 a.m. in the senior lunchroom. We are providing coffee and doughnuts. A copy of the agenda is available here. Following our brief meeting, Dr. Ash will address questions regarding admissions changes for next year. We hope you will attend!

tiger hunt, 8/6/16
We had a great turnout at the annual Tiger Hunt! Special thanks to the talented CMS rock band for their performance (before the lightning and rain drove us inside), to the Student Council for providing hot dogs, and also to parents who donated chips and desserts (especially the homemade ones!). It was great to see so many families and teachers at the event. We would like thank the following parent volunteers for their help with set up, keeping the food tables tidy, working in the bookstore, donating paper products, and clean up...
